The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies. Current processing times will be posted in the header and may vary from product to product.

International: 3-6 weeks 
We'll do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose. Peak seasons including winter holiday may affect shipping times, see main page for details on possible delays. 

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES 
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs. 

PREORDERS 
If you purchase a preorder product, you agree to the estimated date given in the listing for shipment. If you purchase additional non-preorder products in the same order, the order will not ship until the preorder can be fulfilled.
